Application is about Administrating the claim raised from retail and corporate insurer

Insured party will raise the claim based on his product plan

The Third party receives the claim from providers /individual and process it for authenticity

Application have certain roles like Data entry operator,junior doctor,senior doctor,claims head

If the processed claim found fraud,it will be assigned to investigator team internally/externally.

If the processed claim found to be genuine,it will be forwarded to payment team

Payment team will do the payment based on the payers format

Description:

Health care in USA, mainly worked on patient insurance

Project deals with billing for Clinics and Labs for the service rendered to the patients.

Application is integrated with Clinic and Labs(LIS).

The Clinic or Lab claims the insurance through billing application for the service rendered to the patient.

Once the service is rendered, Patient health insurance will be claimed based on the CPT and ICD.

CPT and ICD are the codes provided in claim based on the diagnosis done for the patient.

Claims will be forwarded through EDI 837 or Paper claim (CMS 1500 form) based on client requirement through a channel called clearing house.

Based on the criteria, the Insurance Company will do the payment to Clinic/Labs. Responsibilities:

Performed Functional testing on the application.

Analyzed Test Scenarios from requirements and wrote test cases.

Description:

1. Basic project

The application has predefined template and assessments, based on customer subscription it will be added to their portal and the link will be generated for the same. The above link will be sent to the candidates on behalf of the customer and candidates will go through the assessments. 2. Volume Recruitment(VR) project

VR project is the updated version of the basic project. In Volume Recruitment, multi link is generated by the application, where the candidate can appear to the assessments using the link provided by the company using Laptop, tab and mobile.

Candidate has to go through the template, where it will provide details related to the company’s profile, job nature, qualification required and assessments related to the particular industry.

Candidate will be given deadline with in which he/she has to complete the assessments.

If the candidate is not interested with the profile, he/she can quit in the middle.

Once the candidate signs up in the project, his/her details will be saved for further projects, he/she can update the profile if required.

Candidate will be shown his/her performance using graphical reports, once done with the assessments. This helps the candidates to know their competency. Responsibilities:
