Job Responsibility
My involvement in Security/ Fire Safety / Administration and deal of multitasking. I will work with teams, oversee the operations within company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of our company.
Preparing the departmental budget for the Security keeping in mind the requirement of the department, monitoring closely the CCTV.
Setup of operations and systems in the department, Scheduling & executing the training programmed, basic security drills, Interrogation, handling theft incidents, checking and maintaining the internal records, checklists of the department.
Liasoning with Government bodies (Maharashtra Police, R.T.O, BMC & Fire Brigade) and responsible for coordinating communications and activities between two or more companies or organizations. And serve as a company's public face when dealing with other corporations or agencies.
Initiating recovery action for defaulted dues on behalf of the Company, sending recovery notices to defaulted parties, filing recovery suits/ cheque bouncing cases to recover dues, Drafting/Vetting of various agreements, Constant liaisoning with Govt.
Fire and Safety training Weekly / Monthly/ Quarterly/ Halfly/ Yearly.
Fighting fires and protecting Patients, Relatives, Guests, Staffs and property from fires.
Rescuing people from Fire incident & Accidents and dealing with other specific emergencies, such as flooding or terrorist attack.
