Restaurant Manager at Arby’s restaurants. I worked at 4 different Allegheny County locations.
1991 to 2001
General Manager- Eat-n-Park. Started at entry level with this company and moved up and was trained for higher level positions in several locations in the tri-state areas.
Restaurant oversite: scheduling, budgeting, food safety, employee training and development, product ordering and inventory, hiring, firing, cleaning, stepping into any and all restaurant roles if needed including back of house, conflict management with customer complaints or employee issues.
