Troubleshoot the problems arisingduring fabrication&erection by interpreting their feasible solutions.

Knowledge of Cutting, Bending, Forming, Punching, Drilling, Threading, SMAW, GMAW, MIG Welding, Grinding, Sheet Metal Work with Cold forming, SurfaceTreatments.

Preparing daily-weekly & monthly Production targets.

Ensure quality of the structures before final inspection by customer, arranging PDI (Pre Dispatch Inspection) with customer and dispatch to the site.

Documentation and report preparation.

Responsible for reducing the production time by implementing different technique slikeTime-MotionStudy,Kaizen Techniques.

Giving training to Welders/Fitters as per process and product development

Periodic validation of Welding/CNCprocesses.

Managing a team of 40-50 skilled/unskilled personnel.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from AKTU University with74% in 2020.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

Passed Higher Secondary from Delhi Government School in 2016.

Senior Secondary from S.V.M. School in 2014.
