Preparing daily-weekly & monthly Production targets.

Documentation and report preparation.

Responsible for reducing the production time by implementing different technique slikeTime-MotionStudy,Kaizen Techniques.

Giving training to Welders/Fitters as per process and product development

Periodic validation of Welding/CNCprocesses.

Managing a team of 40-50 skilled/unskilled personnel.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from AKTU University with74% in 2020.
