Soccer Director

I have been coaching soccer for the last ** years with bowie boys and girls club. I was also a age group director for our program as well. My motto has always been fun first. I teach and motivate the kids in a productive manner sportsmanship along with the competitive aspect. I have a lasting impression on the kids as well as the parents within our program. I believe in cheering and rooting on all the kids despite the jersey they are wearing. I usually have had multiple practices for different age groups ranging from 3?-5 year olds followed by 6-11 year olds as well as 12 -18 year olds. I probably would be able to produce over 100 references detailing my desire to coach and my fun first mentality.
