ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HVAC PROJECT

Get approved HVAC Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specifications.

Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories are available.

Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installation

Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC Activities

Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Duct fitter, pipe fitter, Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc.., and ensure all of them attended safety orientation.

Prior to start HVAC activities for surveillance to ensure the quality work

Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities.

Preparing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as Duct light testing for Ducts

Active involvement in weekly meetings to resolve the site related issues.

Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment’s.

SITE MANAGEMENT:

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements .

Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.

Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

Maintaining quality control procedures.

Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up assessing and minimising risk.

writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.

helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
