To update employee data for that software and prepare an Offer Letter, appointment letters based on salary approval.
To prepare a salary sheet for all employees before the schedule period.
To maintain all the Staff, Executives & Permanent Workmen Leave balance.
To create a Salary/ Wages file through excel sheet and prepare a Bank Statement to upload the individual Bank Account.
Statutory Record Maintenance:
Renewal of Factory Licence (Form - 2) for every year.
Renewal of Contractors Registration certificate (RC) (Form - 1).
Renewal of Contractor licence for both Tamilnadu & ISMW through online.
To update a Change of Factory Manager and Occupier (Form - 3A).
To update a Pressure Vessels Certificate (Form – 8 & Form – 8-B).
To update the Exemptions.
To update all statutory registers.
Every year to submit an Annual return and Half Yearly return through Online.
To update the List of Holidays (Form - V) for every year.
Every year to recovered TN Labour welfare fund contribution from their employee & employer, to pay the both contributions from TN Labour Welfare Board to online and manually.
