1/2016–1/2018: Al-Nouran Sugar Factory – Salhia - Egypt

Construction management services for Al-Nouran Sugar factory. The project situated over a land area of approximately 1,774,500 m2, is expected to have a daily processing capacity of 12,000 tons of sugar beet, which gives rise to an annual production of 241,000 tons of sugar. Sugar refinement capacity for the production of white sugar is estimated at 1,768 tons per day. Annual production rates of molasses and fodder are estimated at 105,000 tons and 106,000 tons, respectively.

4/2013–8/2013: Kidzania Building, Cairo Festival City, Egypt - Resident Engineer

Construction supervision for Kidzania Building, CFC, Cairo, Egypt. The project comprises the construction of a two-floor building on a land area of 30,000 m2, with a plot area of 5,400 m2 and built-up area of 10,800 m2.

1/2011–3/2013: Substation (66/22 kV), Cairo Festival City, Egypt - Resident Engineer Construction supervision for the electrical substation 66/22 kV at Cairo Festival City. The project comprises the construction of 66KV building ; 22KV building; Ground Water Tank; Fire Fighting Room; Transformers and Capacitor Bank foundations; with implementing the necessary supplying power cables to three Main stations with about 15 KM length throughout two cable routes 630 mm & 400mm.

9/1998–12/2002: Golf Country Club, Dreamland, Egypt.

Construction Supervision for Golf Country Club, Dreamland, Egypt. The project consists of a golf country club and a hotel totaling approximately 30,000 m2. The golf country club includes a 1,100,000 m2 golf course, change/locker rooms, women's wing, golfers’ terrace and golf professional shop.
