- 2021 Qualitative research on "Sexual Experience of Jordanian Cancer Survivors". The research was under the supervision of Professor Ritin Fernandez and a group of the best researchers in the nursing field.

- 2021 Integrative review study on "Interventions to Improve the Nursing Work Environment of Hospital in Jordan": Annals of R.S.C.B., ISSN:1583-6258, Vol. 25, Issue 6, 2021, Pages. 3645 - 3650.

- 2020 Revenue Cycle Management project on key performance indicator at Alkhalidi Hospital. The project aims to apply Kaizen and TPS methodology to improve processes by eliminate waste and standardize outcomes.

- 2020 Quality project on Patient Falling Down Prevention. The project selection was based on data from years including falling down incidents and action plans. Data was analyzed using accredited quality too such as RCA, Fish Bone, and Five Whys analysis. A FOCUS-PDCA approached was implemented and monitored on a monthly basis. Project outcomes and trend are currently being presented to top management.

- 2019 Presentation on exercise and wellness supervised by Dr. Stella George MD. Presentation was offered to Aetna International patients to help prevent obesity and chronic disease.

- 2016 - 2019 Cost Saving Initiative project supervised by Dr. Stella George MD. The project aimed to reduce cost and measure cost savings within the Aetna International Healthcare department.

- 2016 Graduate research project under the supervision of Dr. JoAnn Zerwekh, PhD. and mentored by Dawn Kelley MSN.

The project focused on analyzing, investigating, implementing and evaluating an evidence based educational program to improve performance and interdisciplinary communication between healthcare staff at Aetna International. Initial assessment and experts observations revealed barriers to effective communication with other disciplines along with lack of training on interdisciplinary communication among nursing staff. The project provided a list of recommendations which was adopted by the international health department at Aetna International. Project materials: learning needs assessment, lesson plan, PPT presentation, and evaluation survey, and mentor/supervisor meetings minutes.

- 2016 Research Utilization project on Childhood Obesity supervised by professor Pamela Springer.

- 2014 project on PSA Healthcare Delivery System supervised by Dr. Patrice Skjerve.
