MSc PROJECT : Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using bacteria and their characterization Silver nanoparticles were synthesized using Pseudomonas sp. and Staphylococcus sp. and then characterized using UV-Visible Spectrophotometer. The anti-bacterial property of the synthesized silver nanoparticles were evaluated using agar well diffusion method. BSc PROJECT: Evaluation of anti-bacterial properties of medicinal plants The antibacterial properties of medicinal plants- papaya, neem, guava, lemon, were evaluated using agar disk diffusion method.
