ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of EOT CRANE ( 90 & 30 Tones )

Planning and preventive / shut down maintenance (PM00, PM10, PM20, PM30) schedules for machinery so as to increase machine up-time / equipment reliability.

Electrical & Electronics Maintenance like critical problem of electrical field, motor, drives, energy meter reading of all drives etc.

Knowledge of conveyor belt and fertilizer unit.

Knowledge of SAFETY standards.

Experience in PLC,MCC & PCC control wirings, DOL, RDOL, and STAR-DELTA starters power & control wirings and knowledge in cable laying system and earthlings system.

Maintains plant running in effective manner to reduce maximum breakdown time

Electrical & Electronics Instruments Maintenance of Open re-generating Furnace.

Basic idea about AC drive (Allen Bradley – Power flex 755 & Power flex 753, Siemens- S120, ABB- ACS550, yaskawa-V1000, DC drive (Allen Bradley-Power flex DC).

Basic knowledge to study PLC (Simatic Manager-S7 300, Rock well – Rslogix 5000).

Knowledge of SAP Hana documentation.
