Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensuring the Product Dimensional Characteristics & Verification of Stage Inspection Reports..

Conducting Quality audit for ensuring the adherence of work instruction & control plan.

Maintaining SAP Record for Rejection & Rework Parts.

Documentation of log books, Stage Inspection report, Material Weight, calibration records etc. & Maintaining required quality records for QMS audit & customer audits

Conducting weekly Quality meeting for process defects and coordinating with various dept. for taking effective counter measure

Applying 7QC tools for Quality issues for rework and defect analysis and taking necessary action plan.

Knowledge in Instrument handling like, Vernier Caliper, Height gauge, Dial indicator, Feeler gauge, Micrometer etc. & maintaining the instruments with proper records

Performing sampling inspection based on inspection plan.

EXPERIENCE IN NPD:

Trial Sample and Proto sample preparation and fitment verified.

Customer Sample submission along with relevant documents.

Process Validation and process chart documents preparation.

Update the development status to Customer.

Establish for mass production.

Attending Quality Complaints and analyze the issue and take effective action.

Productivity Improvements through time study.

Coordinate and face new customer evaluation audit.

EXPERIENCE IN QA LAB:

Monitoring the test activities and associated documentation as per the specification and regulation.

Knowledge in Instrument handling like, CMM, VMS.

Ensuring the availability of u pdated product and test related specification/regulations/standards.

Following EO (ENGINEERING ORDER) from PD dept.

Coordinating with in-house part for implementation of new products.

Maintain the internal, external c calibration and budget planning for Calibration activities.
