Summary
Between July 2007 and August 2014, I worked as process engineer at phosphoric acid plant in "Bandırma Gubre Fabrikalari A.Ş." which produces chemical fertilizer . In order to improve my language skills I quit my job and attended an English language course which was given by Middle East Technical University in Ankara for a year. After the course, I took English Proficiency Exam and I got 67,5 out of 100. With this result I deserved to get adequacy certificate from that course. At the begining of July 2015 I started working at Alkim Alkali Kimya AŞ which is the only manufacturer of Na2SO4 in Turkey as field engineer responsible for raw metarial obtaining such as Mirabilite(Na2SO4.10H2O) also known as Glauber Salt. At the beginning of November 2015 I appointed to other plant of my company located in Afyon as process engineer. I have been working here since then. I am responsible for manufacturing Na2SO4 and NaCl in high quality and high efficiency. Also I appointed as Quality Management Representative in May 2018. Then I attended Quality Management System course (ISO 9001:2015) which was given by TSE (Turkish Instutition of Standards) in July 2018. By the end of 2019 I also started to work as Project engineer in Potassium Sulphate Production Plant Project. During my worklife in two companies I had experience about almost all kind of equipments which are used in manufacturing plants (different kinds of pumps, heat exchangers, fluidized bed dryers, evaporators, syclones, centrifuges, dryers, elevators, conveyors, reactor vessels etc.). In additon to the experiences I had on process engineering, I have different experiences on Project engineering. In the Potassium Sulphate Production Project, I am responsible for mechanical works. These works are to check and prepare reports about general status of piping, to prepare isometrics if necessary, to organize the team that working on piping, to prepare lists for Bill Of Material, to make contributions to purchase materials that is needed for Project. I can say that I have experience either on erecting and commisioning a project or on operating a production plant.

I was responsible for production which is scheduled by our manager. By the end of every month I reported him about what we produced and which difficulties that we faced while producing if we couldn’t reach the amount that we aimed to. Moreover, I was responsible for checking raw materials and products in storage, for maintaining plants efficiency as higher as possible, for sustaining the production without any problem. When we faced any problem I would coordinate the maintenance stuff. Also when the plant needed auxiliary equipments, I defined the specifications of the equipments and I contacted with related departments to buy those equipments. After buying those equipments I checked them whether they were proper for our plants or not. Then I filled the acceptance forms. In the plant where I worked there were mills, different kinds of reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, filters, vantilators, syclons, conveyors and evaporators. I believe I have a lot of experience about those equipments. I got used to working long time in work place because I was responsible for production for 7/24.

Additional Information
Hobbies : When I was 16 I played for a local football club in İstanbul. But I had to leave the club because I was also preparing for university entrance exam and I couldn’t make them together properly because of busy training schedule and intensive University Entrance Exam course. But I still play football with my colleagues at weekends. At Military Service I attended Orienteering Team and we participated in national orienteering competition in 2006. I got the 5th place in that competition among approximately 30 participants. But after military service I couldn’t find opportunity to keep doing this sport. Also I like playing table tennis.
