OBJECTIVES

Seeking a challenging clinical pharmacy position which effectively utilizes the sum of my many years of pharmacy experience. I have most recently added Oncology/Infusion experience to my core clinical skills. I am very motivated to continue building my experience in the clinical setting.

EXPERIENCE

I have spent the last 30 years working in the pharmacy profession. I have been employed in all aspects of pharmacy from clerking to pharmacy management. My experience includes both the hospital clinical environment as well as retail sector. Most recently, I have spent the last 10 years working in Oncology/Infusion. Strong clinical skills including oncology, infusion, kinetic dosing and monitoring.

Oncology I Infusion

I am responsible for the dosing, preparation and delivery of all medications administered in the Oncology/Infusion clinic. I handle any and all concerns from the physicians and nursing staff. I have assisted in formulating specific order sets and protocols including DUR reviews for ESAs and Vancomycin.

12/1997-9/2008 Safeway Pharmacy Seaside, OR

Retail Staff/ Manager

Provided leadership during this time as the pharmacy manager from 2004-2006. Duties included scheduling pharmacy staff, inventory control and overseeing all aspects as a retail pharmacist in charge. Staff pharmacist duties include prescription processing, drug interaction monitoring, patient counseling and OTC product recommendation. Resigned for hospital position.
