Currently working PKP AUTO COMPONENT 1 th February2020 to till date.

Key Responsibilities as a Quality and Design:

Create 2D drawing production turning, chamfering, radius,center, tool.

Create 2D and 3D model drawing mechanical parts and tooling jig and fixture.

Daily monitoring quality plan and quality inspection optical sorting machine (osm) setting.

Worked as Quality Department AAGARBHA INDUSTRY FROM 6TH MAY2017 TO 28THJUNE 2019. ( 2 years)

Key Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer:

Handling and responsibilities of implementing and Daily monitoring quality plan responsibilities for

Reduction of in process rework and rejection 5S & safety.

Instruments use venire caliper,micrometer, height gauge, Bevel protector,Bore gauge, Depth gauge Dial indicator, profile projector, CMM .

Handling responsibilities APQP, PPAP, EMEA, SPC, reviewing it on regular basis.
