Responsibilities:

Receive and record of both Structural and Architectural drawings.

Review of both Structural and Architectural drawings and analyze the complete project specification.

Compare both structural & architectural in Auto CAD to find any disputes in drawings.

Provide basic inputs to Executive Supervisor.

Preparing quantity calculations for various requirements to cast InSite/precast.

Preparing the methodology to work in site as step by step procedure and getting prior approval from client to proceed at site.

Preparing of checklist for work to do/ completed work and to obtain approval from both Consultant and Client.

Preparing reply to comments, compliance statement, etc.,

Review of drawings & Providing basic inputs to supervisor.

Review/Verifying cloud markup drawing/revised drawings and as built records.

Collecting hindrance data (such as Rainfall delays at site and Climatic changes) and reporting on project Progress and other project specific information, to take curative actions in case of variance.

Establishing and developing stable/reliable business connections with Sub Contractor’s/Sub Agencies.

Studying the Project Specification and Tender Documents including Drawings as per specification for the intended project.

Review of detailed revised drawing for accuracy of work.

Preparing of laid and tied rebar details at site as per drawing and getting the approval form Client/Consultant to act as supporting documents in Running Account bill.

Prepare Cost analysis of every NT & Additional / Alternative item from BOQ as per client requirement so as to check cost comparison & their viability to complete within budget cost

& time and arrive at Risk assessment.

Preparation of Client bill & Subcontract (Labor, Agency) bill periodically with proper self- explanatory measurement backups based on site execution and coordinate till their certification & payment.

Tracking & Recording of progress day by day in Site Diary Report, so as to compare with planned target and sort out reason for delay if any and solve them.

Taking joint records & inputs at site with both Client &Contractor engineer-in-charges for clarification & certification of payment statements. The Projects which I have handled
