preparation and characterization of antidandruff gel

I completed this project in 4 th smester of msc microbiolgy where i make antidandruff gel from duranta erecta plant which is commonly found in bhopal local area . After extracting gel i characterized their qualities too with the help of spectrophotometer.

isolation and screening of bacteria for producing L- asparaginase .

In my BSC honours biotechnology i completed this project in 6 semster where i isolate and screened local bacteria which produced L- asparaginase enzyme with different techniques like NATIVE PAGE, rapid screening media etc.
