• Collaborated with KPMG to review the Bank’s digital transformation readiness as part of a Chatbot implementation and made a presentation of the recommendations to the Strategy Implementation Committee chaired by the MD and CEO. • Reduced the Turn Around Time for the overall credit approval process of specific retail assets from 14 to 4 days by developing and implementing a Service Level Agreement for stakeholders within the credit value chain.
