PROJECT:

•Design and fabrication of agriculture sprayer machine:

The main purpose of the project is to enable farmers and gardeners to make the process of spraying pesticides and herbicides to their gardens become more effective and it helps gardeners in terms of comfort during spraying. The mechanism of the project `pump by the set of power transmission part by using the shaft, bearing and a set of sprockets. The energy to pump, the tank pump can be energized.

•Design and experimental analysis of composite leaf spring(alloy steel-65si7):

The Automobile firm has shown greater interest for replacement of conventional steel leaf spring with that of 65si7 steel leaf spring, as the material has high strength to weight ratio, good corrosion resistance. The objective of this work is to compare the load enhancing capacity, and weight savings of 65si7 steel leaf spring with respect to conventional steel leaf spring. The dimensions of an existing conventional steel leaf spring of a Light design calculations. Static Analysis of 3-D model of conventional leaf spring is performed using analysis commercial software. And that dimensions are used for 65si7 steel. The constraints are stress and deformation and weight of 65si7 steel leaf spring with respect to conventional steel leaf spring
