PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Apex Tool Group
My most recent work experience was with Apex Tool Group in Lexington, SC. I began work with them in 2018 as a consultant to help get production back in control. Also to help setup better methods in machining and assembly departments. With my help they saved $780,000 in labor savings that year after which I was hired fulltime in 2019 to continue with cells setup. $600,000
In 2019
Grouping of machines to cut labor cost resulted in an increase of production. Finding and designing fixture in assembly also increased production and cutting of labor costs.
In December of 2019 Apex had a cutback of employees. I volunteered to be on the list so others could retain their job.
