● Review medication orders for future ordering in Electronic Inventory System.
● Maintain Pharmacy inventory of IV medications, solutions, and supplies.
● Calculate, Compound, and Label various Chemotherapy, Bio-hazard and Biologic IV medications using sterile preparation as outlined by USP 797/800 Guidelines.
● Adherence to study(research) drugs and protocols.
● Scan completed patient medication orders & consent forms in Electronic Medical Records program
● Ensure Proper handling and disposal of expired, Bio-hazard and Chemotherapy waste products.
● Experienced with McKesson and PharmaJet needleless systems.
