JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product Engineer in team maintaining a HMI Project. Creta & Alcazar -Full body Wiring Harness & Program Management with the culture. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position reports to Program Manager.

Achieving customer requirement, by develop the product with tentative date, responsible for ensuring safety culture in operation management. Operation Management, discuss with production team about customer requirement. VAVE – Value Analysis & Value Engineering. Achieve product savings for APTIV per year 54 Lakhs by implement new ideas.

Conduct Operational meeting to discuss about customer requirement. Maintaining costing wise Function BOM and Wirechart against the project. Solving the Drawing queries and related to customer design queries. Performing Capital Harness Software (CHS) and Global Shared Data (GSD). WIRING HARNESS:

Leading the Creta & Alcazar project – Floor, Main, Front & Small Harness. Document maintenance of daily reports, ISIR Reports, E.O/E.C.N Change content. Doing comparision against Desgin change for harness. Raising Design Feasibility change to satisfy customer needs & Implement the changes in Production Line.
