WORK INVOLVED.

Perform mechanical tasks in the workshop such as cutting off assorted pipe working accordance with specification and drawings.

Fabrication of the frames and fixtures,drilling, threading, fitting Etc…

Assemble and dissemble a variety of down hole tools for inspection repair or pressure testing prior to storing or returning to Rig sevice.visually observe and replace faulty parts as required.

Arrenge the delivery of emergency tools and metirials to the wealhead/rig and coordinate and delivery with metirials and transport departments.

Ensure that all cargo containers and lifting tackles are having the valid inspection certificates and colour codes.

Inspection and testing the blowout prevention slick line tools and wireline tools (powerpack and units)

Inspection and testing pressure BOP and lubricator etc…

Assist the chief mechanic in engine repair, Brakes repair, Transmission repairs and other automotive works.

Ensure the safety measures and procedures at the workplace and needs to implement as per the company HSE Procedure.

Successfully finished HSE safety caurses in present work.

Worked as an assistant mechanic aluminium fabricator and warehouse assistant
