Preparing and analyzing the piping and instrumental (P&ID) drawing and diagram using auto cad.

Quantity surveying (weight and specification) of the storage tank required for fabrication .

Site visiting and measuring the pipeline length required for completing the project, rising the necessary project requirement based on the project that includes (selection of pump based on the application of fluid used, number of flanges,ball valve, strainer, NRV, and all the required necessary fittings)

Following up of transportation of all heavy equipments and underground pipes, cable tray etc.

Responsible for Pipe line works, commissioning of the project worked for, and test running of the of the entire system i,e the PLC panel, pump, automation equipments such as level indicator, level transmitter, flow meter, level switch.

Supervising the flange joints, pipe line welding, pump arrangement, pipeline designing as per the P&ID Diagram.

Able to Prepare Mechanical Design P&ID and Verify its Equipment’s Schedule.

Familiar with operation and maintenance of pump, storage tank, automaton system, plc panel, etc

Communication with PMC (project management contract) and clients, and with vendors.

Proper reporting to clients, PMC & HO on one to one project basis.

Technical discuss with clients, PMCs about the work quality.

Able to work with other engineers and individuals to solve and define the developmental problems like making the project method statement. Hand over documents that is under the scope of work.

Basic AutoCAD & MS Office.
