Monthly Stock Reconciliation of Customer Supplied FOC, In-house & Supplier end.

Monthly Raw Material Consumption Variation & Report to Japanese Advisor.

Verification of daily MRN’s as per Gate Entry & Quality Approvals.

Ensure maintain FIFO System for fast moving Parts.

Release of Monthly Delivery Schedules as per Production Plans.

Regular Follow Up with the Supplier for Timely Delivery of Parts.

Purchase Plan Vs Actual Delivery (as per Monthly Production Schedules).

Arrange Release of Purchase Orders as per requirement for In-house Production.

Negotiations with Vendors for Cost effectiveness & Smooth Delivery of Parts.

Suppliers Delivery Abnormality Report generation based on Critical Parts.

Replacement of Rejected Material due to Quality issues from Suppliers.

New Vendor Development as per regular requirement based on QCDDM.

Identifying the Right Suppliers based on their Past Deliveries Performances.

Timely arrangement of Spares from Suppliers for obsolete models based on Customer requirements.

Updating of TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 & QMS documents with latest changes for smooth external Audits.

Provide seamless support to the Global team by making Risk Analysis Report of running Models and Components details in minimizing and mitigating risk based on Disaster Management.
