I currently have Grade A in security and registered with the South African Security officers Board (PSIRA)

I also have cash in Transit certificate and full firearm trained. Have the ability to run security officers and their shifts. I am well aware of the budgets and the overtime costs. I'm consistent of the neatness of the officers. Currently running a Team of approximately 130 to 140 Officers, depending on the casual sites. I can work well under pressure and think on my feet to make a plan to cover sites.

The success is to always answer your phone and communicate with clients. Keep them in the loop even during investigations. After an incident makes sure the incident report are done.

WORK EXPERIENCE

AFTER MATRIC

In 2004 I worked in the UK for 20 Months. I worked on a farm and various restaurants and local Pubs. I travelled a lot and therefore worked in different towns across the UK. The farming was seasonal and that’s why had to work on other places. SINCE 2006 – 2008 AND 2010 -2012

I worked at Thompsons Security now Known as Thomsons Khusela, as a senior technician. My responsibilities were as follows:

SINCE 2008 – 2010

I worked at TOP Security as a senior technician. My responsibilities were as follows: Internally I was asked to help out in the sales department as the technical sales did not look good. As a technician with installation experience the the technical sales got a boost The Branch closed and I was retrenched.

I worked at Intellidrive vehicle tracking as operational manger. My key responsibilities were to make sure installations was done correctly nationwide, scheduling technicians and liaise with the clients nationwide. In 2015 I had the opportunity to buy the cape clients and run my own franchise 2016 I have decided to move to Cape Town to be closer to my bigger client base. And also went into some sort of an agreement with Ithemba Sky Mark to manage their sites.

Feb 2019 I took a deal with Intellidrive to cell back my clients to them and the deal went south 4 months later and I lost 90% of my income. Duties where
