Agreement

The applicant agrees that M Five Services L.L.C. will hold each month AED 200/- from the basic salary for the duration of 12 months.

This amount makes sure that the company will cover the recruitment costs in case of a resignation or termination of the associate.

After finishing the savings for 12 months the associate will get the full basic salary as mention in the contract as long s/he worked each day of the month. After the associate finished 2 years with M Five Services L.L.C. the amount of AED 2400/- will be paid to the associate with the 24th months of service. In case the associate leaves the company before finishing 2 years of the contract, the recruitment costs will be deducted from the amount held. If the recruitment costs are less than the amount held by the company, the balance will be paid via the final settlement. If the recruitment cost is higher than the amount held, the associate has to pay the difference. Agreed:
