have a solid understanding of PLC up to design level.

I can read PLC behavior in its language. I can efficiently use a PLC as a fault

finding diagnostic tool.

I am well proficient in working with SCADA(WinCC). I can design, configure and

diagnose on SCADA.

I understand electrical to trade test and beyond. I have a good understanding of

electrical circuits. I have worked on various sensors and switches which opto electronic sensors, proximity sensors and switches. I have a good

understanding of AC drives. I can wire up and program the drive in many

different ways.

I have a good understanding of Pneumatics and electro pneumatics up to design

level. I can read and understand pneumatic diagrams both basic and advance.

Fault finding on pneumatic cylinders is one of the skills I acquired. I can

determine a sequence and program it into a PLC so that the pneumatic cylinders

run in that sequence.

I have a good understanding of instrumentation and control to trade test and

above. I understand instrumentation protocols. I have the knowledge and field

experience of installing, repairing, calibration and maintaining instrumentation

sensors and transmitters.

I have the knowledge and field experience of repairing and calibrating solenoid

and positioner valves. I have maintained overhaul and repaired butterfly valves. I

can read and understand loop drawings and P&IDs.
