Specialized in installation of ELV/BMS systems such as Fire Alarm System, Central Emergency System, Security System, CCTV System and Structural Cabling for Telephone System, cabling for GSM system and LON Bus Cabling for BMS, CO2 System, Linear detection System intruder alarm system, FM 200 System and testing commissioning.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY.

Responsible for review the Concept MEP design drawing.

Coordinate with the design team for design issues.

Responsible for review the RFI, Method statements, Shop drawing, specifications, materials, as required for a project.

Monitoring the contractor activities and maintain the records.

Ensure timely authority Submittals and approvals for all the MEP works.

Review of monthly progress and payment reports submitted Contractor.

Liaising with all the Project Stakeholders such as Project Manager, MEP Manager, Design architect and site engineers to foresee and resolve critical issues.

Checking the work progress and quality of work as per the design and quality plan.

Attends regular progress, coordination, technical meetings with contractor.

Carry out the work inspection requests and material inspection requests and ensure that they are in compliance with approved shop drawing, contract specification, authority regulations and ensure highest quality standard of works.

Issue and follow up NCRs, SORs and accelerate closing out of NCRs and SORs.

Witness and verify the factory acceptance test of LV Switch Gears, Chiller, Pumps, and Generator etc…

Schedule, witness and verify electrical system Testing and Commissioning procedures.

Managing the MEP authority and critical Logs from contractor.

Responsible to provide the snags and de-snags reports.

Monitor health and safety of the construction works and report on the same

Report the MEP work progress status with necessary responses to MEP Manager/Project Manager.

Responsible for review and approval of project handing over documents like as built drawings,O&M manuals, Training Manuals, Asset Register, Spare parts list,etc.of various Electrical

(LV and ELV)systems.
