Vice President - Technical Project Manager
• Managed credit card account projects relating to IT implementations and upgrades, generating millions of new credit card customers and billions in revenue to the bank.
• Responsible for supporting the external customer (our credit card
account holder) as well as the internal Line of Business (LOB) customer.
• Responsible for the successful execution of a project from initiation to implementation, ensuring our credit card customers received the new plastic in hand, without any interruption to their charging ability.

• Attended Customer Listening sessions to stay abreast of credit
card processes as well as to hear from and listen to the customer.
