I am a degree holder in Agricultural Science from the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. My special area focuses on animal production and technology. During my Research period, I focused on effects of maize silage incorporated total mixed ration on the production performance of dairy cows in small dairy development company (pvt) ltd, Wariyapola Sri Lanka. I have 6 months of farm experience at Karunasena farm, Wariypola

,Alupothagam.

During the past 6 months of experience, I have handled different work responsibilities such as milking, feeding cattle, disease identification and even farm sanitation. I can operate different farm vehicles and equipment such as tractors, two wheelers and etc. and also; my knowledge of different farm practices helps me to ensure that cattle get quality feeding and ensure quality milk production. Experience has also imbibed in me the ability to carry out general mending and tending works.
