Serve as primary interface between EPC and BOP/MBPP industrial Hygienist on IH/OH matters related to construction, including human factors, and work environment.

Helped lead the PSD Environmental work group to ~23 years without a recordable injury. (April 2013).
BTCP/ BTRF TCEQ Solid Waste Inspection Feb 24 & 25, 2011 was very successful. Zero finding for PSD Solid Waste operations. Ownership and Commitment was evident from the excellent report during audits.
Lead the PSD Solid Waste group during a vigorous BTRF/BTCP T/A schedules. Managed disposal and regeneration of catalyst without environmental incidents.

Managed relationships with Waste Vendors for the Baytown Complex. Ensuring that the relationships with Sprint Waste, Allied Waste, Waste Management, Clean Harbors, ETS and Univar are in-line with site expectations for safety and environmental performance for the BTRF and BTCP.
Continue to have a strong working relationship with Contract Administration developing favourable contracts for the Baytown Complex. Played an important role in reworking expiring waste disposal (Alamo Transformer, Univar, Clean Harbors) contracts for the Baytown Complex.
Helped to review and develop procedures for Cougar Container use as an alternative to flow bins for storing/transporting spent catalyst at the Baytown complex. This effort will reduce rental cost for managing catalyst regeneration.
