Dear Beacon Hill Technologies Hiring Agent:

I am writing to you to apply for your Data Entry Clerk (Remote) position. I learned about the position from Zippia.com, and I want to apply for the position as it can be a great job opportunity for me. The position fits into my schedule, allows me to work in the comfort of my house, and will give me more experience in the data entry and tech environment. My experience in data entry, computer, and medical skills stems from my education and the internships I did, as my customer service, teamwork, and business skills come from my previous job.

My degree in Biological Science was based more in research where I was taught how to gather, organize, analyzed, and present scientific data. From that I am capable to conduct data collection and entry for various scientific and even non-scientific roles. Being able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint quite effectively and having the ability to learn and adapt to new complex software programs. I was also taught how to use blender for basic 3D-art/modeling and Fuji for basic photoshop. My internship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville furthered my data entry skills more into the medical field; as I collected, analyzed, and organized patient’s records into a database for one of the fellow MD/Ph.D. doctors at the hospital. The internship aided me in communicating and interacting with patients, which can be used for customer service if needed. Being in both a fast-paced research and medical environment made me able to perform in a high speed stress environment quite effectively. For several years I worked as a secretary for my dad’s small business, Pad Pegas Stucco, where I conducted business meetings and handled and organized paperwork. I had to write invoices and proposals for the business and delt with customers and suppliers on a regular basis, showing that I am capable of dealing with customers and able to do basic paperwork.

My resume explains my research a bit more in detail, it also lists all the medical, work, and research activities I was involved in. I am capable of working in a customer based setting.
