JOB PROFILE:

Execution of site work.

Preparing the running accounts bill of sub-contractors & PRW Bills

Preparing detailed measurement sheet for structural, finishes, water proofing, landscape and BBS schedule.

Prepare the all related documents for check list, pour card, drawing register, RA bill and other project reports maintained.

Ensure maintaining of site records - MBs, reconciliation, labour reports, quality records, various correspondences with client, PRW / agencies etc.

Experience in construction of buildings having adequate technical knowledge in Site execution & Monitoring of building construction, finishing work. (Commercial, Industrial, Residential building),

Project Execution managing, Controlling and managing project-cost, quality.(Coordination with Architects, Consultants, clients and contractors)

Checking the Monthly Reconciliation of Raw Materials, Cement, Steel (from BBS) and other materials/Items/Products (RMC) etc.

Interaction with Project Manager to ensure timely execution of the project work as per the Contract terms.

A Responsibility includes structural, finishes, water proofing, landscape and other all activity Supervising.

Co-Ordination with all relevant departments,
