ROUGH CARPENTRY:

walls, and slabs finish t rowel work. Measure amount of concrete as needed for a pour. The largest one
I ’ve done by myself is 27cubic metres. I cut and place rebar, Build forms do layout for framing, cut
p lates headers, corners channels, blocks, pressure blocks assemble headers,layout verification of
p lumbing & hvac spaces frame ceiling roof cut blocks freeze blocks for drywall fire
separations[medical]envelop ceilings wood and metal framing knowledge. Install Facia Board & Cut &
Sheet Roofs.
F INISH CARPENTRY:
Cut & Fit door & window jambs, cut door hinges locks bolts, install doors window make in working
order install hardware handles f lush bolts panic bars surface hardware. Install cabinets & counter tops
sometimes make cabinets & install stain spray or paint them. Cut and install baseboards window&
door t r im window sills wainscot single& multi-step crown, cut stair r isers skirt boards steps,
stanchions posts pickets top rails. Exterior stairs, rails exposed beams rafter ties .and alterations to fit
existing building as per plan. Also Laninate Countertops, Floor installation, Deck installations.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Graduated 1975 construction layout building and subdivisions Santa Monica College Santa Monica and
a coarse for a Contractor`s Licence for the State of California.
