Academic Project

Project: Experimental Investigation and Optimization of Parameter on Machining of Nano Peek Description: The Project involved the experimental study of machining parameters of “PEEK” material to achieve the high surface finish conditions for different industrial applications includes aircraft interiors and high temperature insulators. Parameters such as Spindle speed, depth of cut & feed rate are taken as variable Control parameters.

Role: As a part of the team carried out the mathematical array definition for experimental investigation using Taguchi method & Optimized variable control parameters Learning Outcomes: Gained Knowledge about PEEK material and industrial applications, Basics of design of experiments, Parameter Optimization and Team Work
