PROJECT DETAILS :

PROJECT 1: FAILURE ELIMINATION METHODS OF COLD ROLLED STEEL STRIP This project is aimed at increasing the quality of cold rolled strip and its uses for other manufacturing products. Quality can be increased by either enhancing the product’s attributes or adding new attributes to the product by value added programs or by reducing the defects . It focuses to reduce the rejection of defects in cold rolled steel strip to reduce the thickness by increasing the coolant air pressure and providing a loral gauge c-frame to eliminate dust formation. The quality check is done with the help of genba observation,cause and effect,why why analysis, surface defect process mapping

PROJECT 2 : ACRYLIC BENDING MACHINE

The basic objective of this project is to develop a portable acrylic bending machine. This machine is used to bend acrylic sheet into different shapes. It is made of wood and mild steel . Manually operated acrylic bending machine with the use of wood clamp, heat radiator strip, ac supply is developed. It works on simple kinematic system rather than complicated design.
