Job Profile:

Development of Structural Concept, Schematic studies and Design as per the agreed deliverables in coordination with architectural design and MEP.

Project Planning from concept stage to detail design stage.

Lead the structural design team and coordinate with other disciplines and with client.

Computer modeling and analysis of buildings using Etabs, Safe, Staad Pro.

Design and detailing of flat slabs, coffered slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, pile caps,

Rafts, Pads and combined bases, water tanks, swimming pools and industrial steel structures.

Ensuring that the structural design complies with client/project requirements, codal provisions and is properly coordinated with other disciplines architectural, MEP etc.

Compile the models, design calculations and drawings and present/discuss with authority engineers.

Incorporate comments of authority engineers and follow up for building permit release.

Peer Review of Structural design and drawings done by other consultants.

Resident Engineer in-charge of all Site constructions activities in addition to structural works.

Action on the shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs etc. from contractor and coordinate with site team.

Action the Work-Inspection Requests from contractor, participate in progress meetings with client-contractor and monitor the day-to-day construction activities at site.
