I am having a total experience of 9 years, I am currently working with one of the Leading manufactures of Polyurethane foam Products like Two wheeler Seats, Bus seats, Auditorium & Stadium seats, Furniture seats, Airport seats etc., MEENAKSHI POLYMERS PVT. LTD., GURGAON, Since 16-07-2018 as an Assistant Manager Production and Maintenance, which is having annual turnover of around 500cr. And I also worked with one of the highly reputed industry in the Polyurethane Foam market that is PFEDA SYNTHETICS PVT. LTD.,NOIDA, since 01-06-2012 to 15-07- 2018 as a Senior Production and Maintenance Engineer, which is manufacturing Polyurethane flexible foams and Integral skin foam for JCB INDIA,EARTH MOVERS LIKE SONALIKA,EICHER etc. POLYURETHANE FOAM AND INDUSTIAL SKILLS :-

I have deeply knowledge about all kinds of Polyurethane foaming machines high pressure as well as low pressure machines, Maintain all types of densities and formulation of chemicals.Also having good knowledge about hydraulics and pneumatics etc., well worked in Industry on Kaizen, poka yoke, six sigma.Having a excellent command on all three types of Maintenance such as Preventive, break down and predictive maintenance.
