Administrative Coordinator: Splendid Travel, September 2019 – July 2020 Tasks involved coordinating with tour guides as an emergency response officer; reporting on monthly situation; coordinating with supplier offices in Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh, coordinating with the tourism police. Research Assistant: The American University in Cairo, November 2018 – June 2019. Tasks involved coordinating with different organizations working in the field of youth employment to produce a booklet listing their activities. Cairo Office Coordinator, Tecnicas Reunidas, April 2002 - October 2016. Tasks involved serving as the company point person for the company Head Quarters in Spain, and maintaining office operations. These included:

- Coordinating with the taxation department of Ernest & Young, the company lawyer, accountants, bank procedures;

- Undertaking all needed secretarial tasks such as maintaining files; communications, and managing custodial staff;

- Coordinating visits by managers from the Head Quarters to Egypt (hotel reservation, transportation arrangements, and meetings in Egypt;

- Maintaining the office expenses records and petty cash; translation of letters and short documents (Spanish – Arabic) and (English – Arabic);

- Generating financial reports for the Head Quarters in Spain using El-Motamem accounting program and coordinating with Social Insurance authority and undertaking any new recruiting of field staff.
