Responsibilities:

Daily morning meeting conducted for Awareness about customer end and in process produced issues.

Control All the process(Auto cutting & Crimping, Manual Crimping, Middle stripping, joint crimping, joint tapping & Heat shrinkage with Quality concern).

Monitoring 4M change in process and report to Production Head.

Simulation done for customer end issues in all process (Auto cutting & Crimping, Manual Crimping, Middle stripping, joint crimping, joint tapping & Heat shrinkage).

Revalidation for all machine with product as per control plan.

Prepare plan for process and product audit and conducting them against the plan.

Improve the Work standards, Inspection standards, process flow against control plan.

Process knowledge in cutting and crimping, middle stripping, joint crimping, joint tapping and Heat shrinkage process.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in engineering in 2013(CIVIL apollo polytechnic (Full Time) from Anna University)

SSLC in 2010 with 69% from Tamil Nadu State Board.
