Large Brokerage Institution – Lucent/INS Consult to Charles Schwab 2004 to 2006

Project technical lead. Involved data collection and physical audit of analog and data circuits at 43 sites (large and small) distributed across the USA. The physical audit required locating, training, and coordination of resources from 12 offices across the United States. Data collection and analysis involved communicating with multiple Telco’s to acquire CSR billings and comparing to the customer database along with the physical audit results. Results produced discrepancy lists that were used to determine cost savings and correct inventories.

Medium Mortgage Institution – Lucent/INS Consult to CountryWide Financial 2003 to 2004

Project technical lead for analysis and documenting large Nortel campus network.

Software utilized was HP Openview, Tivoli, Optivity, and Solarwinds. Hardware was Nortel 8100/8600 Ethernet switches, BayNetworks Token ring hubs, IBM MAU’s and a variety of other vendor products for routing and bridging using hubs, switches, DSU’s, CSU’s, and modems.
