Teamed with several not for profits in fund raising for Live Love Northwest, Battle Buddies and Rotary International to establish awareness in the Clark County Washington area in support of their fund raisers and Organizational planning.
IT Project Management of Network and Telephony as a Services Engagement, 2014-2017:
Joined the XPO Project IT Team as a Transition Manager in support of migrating Con-ways Data Center and Network to IBM’s Network as a Service. This included migrating Con-ways Data Center and B2B clients.
Results: Co led the successful Data Center migration of Con-way Network on to IBM’s network and owned the migration of seventy-five B2B clients off the Con-way network onto the IBM Network. Led the effort to build out LTE/4G network with ATT and Rogers Communication in support of XPO’s mobile device initiative
End User Services Complex Solution Design Architect and Engagement Manager, 2009-2013:
National Resource within IBM Global Services positioned to establish the technical and contractual solution for IBM’s most complex and risky opportunities. Working with IBM Global Service Sale and Delivery teams to solution, propose and deliver these engagements.
Results: Established requirements, solution design, proposals, QA and transition to delivery took place and were executed in the most professional of manners.
International Cisco Deployment, 2007-2008:
Managed complex solution proposal teams in the creation of IBM’s proposals for US and multinational sites. Responsibilities included solution design assistance, managing the proposal team through Quality Assurance, Legal and Management Reviews. This was a Managed Service Master Agreement for 90 countries and 70,000 employees with in country Transaction Agreements in support of PC Life Cycle Services, Voice Over IP, Help Desk Services and Hosted Services.
Results: Delivered industry-leading solution that saved clients millions of dollars, integrated processes and contracts, consolidating reporting at a global level.
International Project Manager Implementations, 2001-2007:
Led a team of multinational technology deployment Project Managers in the US. Responsibilities included solution design assistance, staffing and contract negotiations on large multinational services engagements. Types of engagements included: Point of Sale networks deployment, LAN/WAN network deployment, Supply Chain and PC refresh deployments, Selective outsourcing and international relocation support services. In addition to building the services business I led business initiates to improve the existing International Deployment PM Service’s skills, business processes and maintained Project Management skills by managing multidiscipline projects.
Results: Ensured high quality solutions while mitigating the clients and IBM’s risk.
