Job include, but was not limited to sorting, cleaning,prepping and preparing all seafood products. Breaking down boxes, packaging up product on pallets and trays and loading them for delivery. Occasionally I worked and operated the line in which we’d sort the product, label it and the other line which we’d apply stamps to the package that included dates to sell by and nutritional information.

I worked mainly doing food prep. Making sauce, dough for pizza and bread. Sorted the freezer/fridge; responsible for food labels, checking products to make sure they were useable, also responsible for basic cleaning and worked the register servicing customers with a smile.

Dishwasher/Bus Boy/Maintenance – MACCABEES TRADERS – DATES FROM – NOVEMEBR 12, 2017 – JANUARY 15, 2018 My duties were to keep the upkeep of the basement, all pop and juice items, package and bag up all liquor recyclables and pop cans. My other duties also included dishwashing, bus boy work; serving drinks, clearing tables, greeting guests when needed and other basic cleaning like sweeping, dusting and mopping.

HOUSEKEEPING – DSG STAFFING – DATES FROM - OCTOBER 1, 2018 - December 25, 2019 Working at Ford Field doing housekeeping after Lions games and other events such as concerts. Job includes collecting all plastic, glass and aluminum products as well as sorting, cleaning up trash and sweeping, mopping and sanitation afterwards.

Mortuary Attendant- Fisher Funeral Home & Cremation Services Dates From- December 2019- March 7, 2020

As an attendant I often transported bodies from a victim's home or the hospital to the morgue, and from the morgue to the funeral home, prepared the deceased for an examination by a pathologist, clean and set up instruments and ensure all specimens are tagged and otherwise support the functions of the Mortuary Assistant

Prepared meats and cheeses for customers slicing them at varied sizes based on preference, also organized freezer, salads and other prepaid food for their consumption. Other duties include coooking chicken products, fish products, dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, deep cleaning of meat and cheese cutters and marking and labeling of food. Also worked on front register dealing with customers at checkout. Left this job due to the pandemic.

Over the years I’ve volunteered sparingly, but when I did I enjoyed it especially in a kitchen setting. I used to volunteer at Cass Community Services located at 11850 Woodrow Wilson from time to time. Also helped out at Detroit Rescue Mission 3535 3rd Avenue
