Total Aflatoxins Levels

Carried out the research during my final year in Kaduna State University (KASU) to verify the levels of Total Aflatoxins of cereals consume within a specific local government in Kaduna State. The research was carried out in Mycotoxin Lab at National Agency for food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). Result

At the end result showed that levels of Total Aflatoxins are within acceptable limits therefore mycotoxins are not the major causes of liver complications within the local government. ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS
