● I had to Ensure that properties were occupied at all times

● Attend to the needs of lessees on a 24-hour basis

● I had to ensure that each property’s projected monthly income was met without fail

● I had to construct contracts for each individual who was occupying an accommodation

● I had to chair Quarterly meetings with all the stakeholders involved

● I had to submit monthly reports
