1.Recieve instructions and production order from Supervisor 2.Read carefully job order and technical data /manufacturing instructions and clarify any doubts if any with production Supervisor
3.Check the machine condition
4. Check the availability of raw materials, Spools, basket, etc. 5.Produce Quality output as per product specification/ work instructions /mfg. Instructions. 6. Ensure toolings and set up is proper as per work instruction. 7.Check the product quality, Closely coordinate with QA inspector and provide sample for inspection as required.
8.Report to production Supervisor for any problem related to Quality. Productivity machine condition etc. 9.Fill in production reports with relevant data
10.Provide identification tags for all Spools and baskets with required information. 11. Hand over the machine to next shift operator.
12 Obey the instructions of Production Supervisor /Engineer /Manager. 13. Proper house keeping on own area.
14. Ensure process parameters as per work instruction and record them on Job orders. 15 Follow work instructions /mfg. Instructions reffered in job order. Get approval /clearance for production of QC after first off inspection.
