RESPONSIBILITY:

Looking after the elderly with dementia and disabilities in their daily activities with personal care and providing good environment by toileting them, washing them, feeding them, entertain, shopping with them, going for a walk and making sure they have taken their medications.

Monitoring any health changes and medication.

Recording the care plans daily, behaviour charts food charts, and bed turning charts.

Preparing meals for the clients

Cleans the surface, toilets and bathrooms lounge, kitchen and bedrooms by dusting, sweeping, mopping vacuuming buffing and empting rubbish bins
