1997-2004 Ameris Group – United Wisconsin Life – President Responsible for hiring and training 1,200 sales reps and Managers in 32 states. Developed the number one General Agency, GA, PPGA in the country. Worked closely with state requirements and Departments of Insurance and published a monthly newsletter “The Grapevine” $50,000,000 Volume
2004-Present – Ocean Equity Group/Ocean Equity payment Solutions – President All hiring and training, managing 90 sales reps and 100 office employees in Las Vegas and Virginia Beach. Built Factoring accounts to $2,500,000 and Credit card sales volume to $144,000,000. We are operating in 22 states and have developed call centers on the East and West Coast.
