Technical Responsibilities: Provides Technical Expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/ solutions. Build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product capability assessment and validation. * Experienced IC Mounting in printed circuit boards using Solder Pot and Reflow Chamber (SSOP, WDFN, WLCSP, VFBGA, TQFP and other IC packages).
*Performed operation check on finished printed circuit boards.
*Support and Train Application Technicians on how to mount different electronic component and different IC packages.
*Support and Train Application Technicians on how to use solder Pot and Reflow Chamber.
2. PCB Layout Design for Evaluation/Demonstration Boards for customers having 2Layers to 6Layers using PADS v9.5
*Experienced in Multi-Layer PCB Layout Design using PADS Layout and PADS Router
*Experienced in Schematic Capture using PADS Logic
*Experienced in Decal Component creation using PADS Layout with conformance to the recommended pattern stated in the specification sheet and suitable for PCB Assembly
*Experienced in Part Type Component creation using PADS Logic
*Experienced in Design Rule Check Verification (DRC)
*Experienced in Organizing and Securing Component Library
*Experienced in Gerber/CAM files generation needed by the PCB Manufacturer IPC-A- 610—Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.
